6月5日，中新广州知识城软件转移系列讲座“请进来”邀请了新加坡拉丁马士区公民咨询委员会主席、新加坡总统委任太平绅士、新加坡智慧控股公司首席执行官林焕章先生到广州黄埔区、开发区分享新加坡社区创新治理的经验。

此次“请进来”项目培训分为讲座和分享交流会两部分进行。当天上午，来自黄埔区、开发区机关、企事业单位等的相关青年代表及驻区单位团组织负责人等约130人出席了讲座。
